I was recently on a coaching call with Exos. I’m going to share with you some of my notes which may be helpful.
Focus on these, and do with intent:
Food
Sleep
*Sleep must be mastered. Prioritize and strategize.
One coach asked about cryotherapy for clients…and the coaches replied “focus on those things that are free”. They emphasized working on your circadian rhythm, getting exposure to the early morning sun, and focusing on sleep, before “extras” such as cryotherapy and other things or equipment that costs money.
I totally agree. Focus on things that you can control, like improving your sleep and eating habits.
