Eating right and exercising must be done on a consistent basis. Think of brushing your teeth, or working at a job. Half-assed attempts will either cause lousy teeth, or get you fired.
Exercise is the same thing. Do it some days and you'll get some results. Fit exercise into your day just like brushing your teeth, and your body will thank you with strength and a vibrancy to take on the world.
