This comes to mind as so much of what is shared on social media about health and fitness seems to be about some big game that we are supposed to play.
Instead, I challenge you to be introspective and think about why this (exercise/health) matters to you.
Why are you exercising? And why go through the “hassle” of examining (journaling and possibly sharing) your habits?
My reasons have changed over the years, but I have always had a solid reason to exercise and take care of my health, and I think this is one of the essential reasons that I can execute day in and day out.
