So what do I mean by this. As I spend time with clients those who struggle the most can't quite get over their personal "hump". Each person has this hump. There is some reason that is blocking your progress.
The mechanics of losing weight are pretty simple. Train smart on a consistent basis, and your body will respond by getting lean. It's all the other junk that gets in the way.
So how do were clear that junk?
I would first ask yourself "what am I doing this for?" You must have a specific reason for training and eating right. Is it that you want to be more active with your children? Has your doctor told you that if you don't reduce your weight, that he or she will have to put you on medications? If you were in better shape, would more people be attracted to you? (I know this may be politically incorrect, but unfortunately we ARE judged by how we look.
So once you get your purpose in mind, then you'll have to trust me as your trainer. When I tell you to do something, you had better follow through 100%. That is if you want the best results. If what you have been doing up to now isn't working, then you had better change your path.
